Reuse & Relove @ LA Road Thrift

March 24 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Moth-eaten sweater? Chipped plate? Dated picture frame?

What do we do with all the things that no longer serve us? Sure, we can donate them to a thrift store, but does anybody ever purchase all those most unloved wares?

Let’s get creative (think Pinterest!) and discover ideas for reusing items that might otherwise go straight to the landfill. Precious resources go into making these cast-off items. Let’s honor Earth’s gifts and discover new ways to reuse and re-LOVE them.

Come browse for ideas OR share any of your re-purposing projects for our display. You just might win a prize! Consider purchasing your re-use & re-love ingredients at a locally-owned, nonprofit LA Road Thrift Store.

Did you know? LA Road also sells on Instagram!

Landfills produce prodigious volumes of greenhouse gases—about half is carbon dioxide and half is methane, a gas which traps twenty times more heat in the atmosphere than CO2.”~ Love Earth Now page 121-22.
