CBreathBridgeWe are all bombarded with so many demands for our attention these days that we often end up feeling too distracted, too drained or too depressed to do the simple things we want and need to do. Give yourself the gift of an hour to simply breathe ~ and breathe in all the Goodness, Joy and Beauty that Life has to offer.

What is Truly Breathing? It’s as simple as lying on the floor and breathing in a specific way.

When is it? One Sunday evening a month at 6:30p. See the schedule at Mockingbird Yoga.

Where is it? Mockingbird Yoga, 4777 Eagle Rock Blvd., Los Angeles, 90041

Who’s facilitating? Cheryl Leutjen, a Modern Day Priestess (certified by the Institute of Modern Wisdom), trained in ancient wisdom practices, including shamanic breathwork.

What do I need to bring? Bring whatever you need to lie on the floor comfortably for about 40 minutes (some mats and blankets are available for use at Mockingbird Yoga).
